Don't Pray for Things to be Easy...

I'm taking a moment to share what spoke to my soul this morning.

Don’t pray for things to be easy. Don’t pray merely for easier circumstances.

Pray for deeper dependence on God.

The last verse in Habakkuk:

“The Sovereign LORD is my strength! He makes me as surefooted as a deer, able to tread upon the heights.”

Pray for strong feet to stand.
