Missionary Support: Prayer & Resources
Our invitation for you to join us:
We hope this moment finds you well and thriving in your corner of the world. Wherever you are, whatever season of life you’re in, I imagine some names and faces come to mind when I mention words like "friendship," "family," and "purpose." These are the people God has placed in your life—not by accident—but because He’s invited you to play a part in their story.
Let me share what’s on our heart. We have been called into something extraordinary—a mission that stretches beyond our own lives and ripples into eternity. It’s about disciplemaking friendships—walking alongside others in a way that invites them to experience the love of Jesus, not just in words but in the messy, beautiful, day-to-day reality of life.
For us, this calling has meant stepping out as missionaries. It’s meant choosing to invest our time, energy, and lives into helping others grow deeper in their relationship with Christ and their ability to make disciples themselves. Whether that looks like sitting across the table with someone over coffee, leading a small group, or even creating space for the hard conversations around a fire pit, the heart of it, all remains the same: equipping and encouraging others to live out the gospel where God has placed them.
But this mission isn’t just ours—it’s ours. Each of us are part of God’s bigger story. Disciplemaking doesn’t require a title or a passport; it’s about faithfully stepping into the relationships God has already entrusted to you. Your family, your coworkers, your neighbors—those connections matter. And when we invest intentionally, with eternity in mind, something incredible happens: legacies are built, lives are transformed, and God’s kingdom expands.
Here’s the challenge: Will you join us? Not just by cheering us on from the sidelines (though we deeply value your support!), but by actively choosing to weave disciplemaking into the fabric of your own life. What would it look like to prayerfully seek out one or two people you could mentor, encourage, or walk alongside in this season? Who’s waiting for someone like you to say, “Let’s do this life of faith together”?
And as you step into this calling, know we’re here to journey with you. We’d love to pray for you, share resources, and celebrate the small (and big) wins. This mission isn’t meant to be carried alone—it’s a shared adventure that God designed us to live out in community.
So here’s my prayer for you today: that you’d catch a glimpse of what God is doing in your life and in the lives of those around you and that you’d feel the nudge to lean into it fully. The world is desperate for authentic, Christ-centered relationships. Let’s be the ones who say yes to being part of the solution.
We can’t wait to keep hear how God uses your obedience to impact others for His glory. And as you step out in faith, know that we’re with you every step of the way. Let’s make disciplemaking friendships contagious—in every context, in every season, and for the sake of the One who calls us His friends.
With gratitude and anticipation,
Your Cadre Missionary Friends, Dave & Rennie Garda
P.S. We’d love to know how we can specifically pray for you. Your prayer requests are precious to us, and it’s a privilege to lift you up. As missionaries, we continue to invest 100% of our lives into this calling, trusting God to meet our needs through the prayers and support of friends like you. Every investment of generosity is a daily miracle, and we are deeply grateful for your partnership in this journey. cadremissionaries.com/garda
