Orbit Earth Expo

We are looking to see how many families would be interested in participating in the Orbit Earth Expo if we hosted it on a Monday this fall.

Orbit Earth is a huge solar system to scale with a 20 foot earth and planets created to scale so the students can have a hands on experience with the solar system. Rudy travels to school districts to engage students while teaching them all about our solar system. You can learn more about the program by clicking here.

We are trying to gauge if there is enough interest from homeschool families to have him come this fall. The program is rather expensive so we are wanting to see if we can cover the costs. By responding to this “event” you are not committing in any way. You will simply be helping us know that your family would be interested and would like to know more information when we have the event finalized. Families who register through this link will get an email once we have the actual event scheduled so you can register at that point to join us. Again- this is just a survey and a way to contact interested families. When you “buy a ticket” you do not actually pay for anything. We have set this up as an event because it makes it easier to contact families than trying to create a form and manage emails. Anyone who registers will get an email when the real event goes live.

We are trying to figure out how much families would pay for this kind of learning experience. When you select an option you are not paying anything- you are just giving us your feedback of what you would consider paying in the future to attend. Since we don’t have funding to cover this like a school district does, we need to find out if there would be enough interest to help us cover the costs.

There are 3 options for “tickets” that you can choose from. We are trying to determine what would be the best option for families. The first 2 options are to help us determine if we should create individual tickets or a per family ticket. Once you have selected an option, it will ask for more information where you can give us further feedback on what you think would be a price point you would like to pay. You don’t actually pay anything by selecting the first 2 tickets. The 3rd option is an opportunity for families if you would like to give a gift to help sponsor this event. There is absolutely no pressure at all, but just an option if you would like to help support this learning experience. You can select both option 1 & 2 in order to give us feedback on both options if you would like. There will be space in the final screen to share which of the 2 options you prefer the most.
