About the event
We will be offering elementary, middle school and high school tracks for our Artist's Academy.
Artist's Academy meets every other Monday @ Ridgewood Church from 10am-noon.
We will be offering a few unique Artist Academy learning experiences throughout the year. Some of these will be stand alone experiences such as rock painting, introduction to crocheting and bracelet making. These learning experiences will give hands on application as students learn about color theory.
Our middle school and high school track students will be working on a semester project under the mentorship of Artist Tom Foty. He will join us to mentor and guide students as they work on learning to build a strong foundation in creating art. Students will learn how to critique their art work and how to take feedback as they work to create unique works of art.
